Concerned for their well-being, she sought medical advice, but to her dismay, the options for specialized physical therapy were limited in their small town. The nearest facility was hours away, and her family’s financial constraints made frequent visits impossible. Witnessing her parents’ struggle, she wanted to make a change. She pursued a Doctorate in physical therapy specializing in neuro, determined to bring accessible and quality care to her community in the future. She found herself in the United States, where healthcare was more advanced, allowing people to receive timely and specialized treatment. With the knowledge and education she received, she continues to be motivated by the mission of breaking down the barriers of limited healthcare access and giving individuals, who are not fortunate to afford healthcare, the rehabilitation services they deserve.
